The Lone Star Chapter (LSC) of the NHF respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site, www.lonestarhemophilia.org. This notice explains our online information practices, and to make it easy to find, links to it are posted conspicuously throughout the Web site. LSC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or share your information to others outside of the LSC.

LSC collects data from visitors to the site via various registration forms. Completion of any of these forms is optional. The information that is collected via the form is entered into the LSC database. The visitor will be placed on a list to receive LSC email communications, as well as occasional communications by regular mail. Visitors who do not wish to receive communications from LSC have the opportunity to opt out at any time. Form completion may also allows visitors to register online for specific events, make donations online to LSC, and either join LSC or renew membership.
