How to Make a Donation to the Lone Star Chapter of the NHF
Choose the type of donation you would like to make. You may make online PayPal donations by clicking the Make a Donation link in the gray box at the left. You may donate in the following ways:

Securely online via PayPal (see box at left)
Call or fax the Chapter Office
Mail a check to the Chapter

If you would like your gift to be acknowledged, please complete the Donation/Gift Acknowledgement Form.

General Donations
LSC accepts donations online through PayPal. If you so desire, LSC will recognize your generosity by including your name in the next issue of our newsletter Factor Friends.

Memorial Donations
You can make donations to LSC in memory of your loved ones. Please complete the Donation/Gift Acknowledgement Form and LSC will send an acknowledgement of the memorial donation to the family member(s) you designate. If you so desire, LSC will also recognize your donation and the person it was in memory of in the next issue Factor Friends.

Honorary Donations
If you would like to honor someone special in your life or the life of a loved one, complete the Donation/Gift Acknowledgement Form and include the person's name you would like to honor. If you so desire, LSC will send an acknowledgement to that person and recognize both of you in the next issue of Factor Friends.

NHF's Time for a Cure Campaign
Download the pdf form It's Time for a Cure, completely fill it out and mail to the Lone Star Chapter of the NHF, Attn: Time for a Cure, 17414 Fairgrove Park Drive, Houston, TX 77095. You will be helping both the LSC and the NHF by supporting this campaign and your entire contribution to It’s Time for a Cure will support medical research. LSC will acknowledge your gift or pledge in the next issue of Factor Friends.
